This introductory class is free and open to anyone who would like to give chair yoga a try.
Chair yoga allows a simple and effective alternative to advanced yoga sequences. The best part is that these exercises can be taken home or to work. And of course a simple 10 minute practice can be incorporated into your daily routine!
